Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting our family-run business. Every print carries a story—and we’re honored to share it with you.
🌍 Where Do You Ship?
Raven Wind Photography and Illustrations partners with a world-renowned fine art printer that ships worldwide. Each order is custom-made to your selected media and format. Once your order is placed, production begins promptly.
🚚 How Is My Order Shipped?
We work with a trusted, world-renowned print lab to produce and ship your items with care. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages.
• Shipping carriers: Your prints may be shipped via DHL, DPD, UPS, TNT/FedEx, or—if oversized—through a specialized two-person delivery service.
• Multiple packages: Orders containing different product types may ship separately, each with its own tracking number. This depends on the production process for each item.
• Delivery addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.
• Shipping rates: Rates vary based on product type, destination, and other factors. These are calculated at checkout. For international orders, please note that customs fees may apply.
⏱ Estimated timeline:
Production typically takes 1 week. Shipping adds another 1–2 weeks, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.
📸 What If My Package Looks Damaged?
We stand by the quality of our prints and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your package appears damaged:
1. Accept the shipment, even if the packaging looks compromised.
2. Take at least two clear photos of the packaging before opening.
3. Take at least two clear photos of any damage to the print itself.
4. Email the photos and your order number to support@ravenwindphoto.com within 10 days of delivery.
We’ll review your case with our print partner and arrange a replacement if needed.
❌ Can I Cancel or Return My Order?
Cancellations:
Because our products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible within a short window. You must cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll work with our print partner to provide a replacement.
